Cone bottom silos (hopper) are the optimal choice for complete and emptying of the silo or for ensuring the tracking of the process at the plant and avoiding cross-contamination. These silos are characterized by easy unloading.
Our range includes silos with a cone bottom:
with a volume of 15 m ³ to 3500 m ³ in the version with a bunker at an angle of 45º
with a volume of 15 m ³ to 2500 m ³ in the version with a bunker at an angle of 60º.
Main characteristics of cone bottom silos:
Reinforced bins are made of high-strength S450GD steel, which has high strength and elasticity.
The support structure consists of cold-formed profiles for Neper series silos and hot-rolled profiles for Inti series silos.
The silos are equipped with a roof 30, which provides stability with reduced height, which allows efficient use of space and shorten the length of conveyors, elevators and grain processing equipment.
