We have necessary license, qualified engineers and our own production base, which allow us to offer our customers professional solutions for construction planning, control and execution of works, attracting qualified subcontractors, supply of certified and quality materials. We perform construction and installation work and also provide general contractor services.

Besides, our Company adopts the best practices of the global construction industry and offers customers a comprehensive approach to implementation of their project. In particular, we offer our partners to conclude so-called EPC/EPCM contracts, according to which we undertake to provide services for the design of the facility, supply of equipment, building structures and materials, construction and construction management. That is, we provide "turnkey" services.

At the same time, the customer can independently negotiate and select suppliers and subcontractors using our advice (EPCM-contract), or fully delegate these functions to us (EPC-contract). Both options of cooperation with the customer are possible.

EPC-contract option means that we, as the general contractor, bear all risks and responsibilities for the possible additional works, non-compliance with construction deadlines and exceeding the contract price. The second option means that the majority of such risks is on the Customer’s side, as he is the main decision-maker.

To minimize such risks, our Company has an appropriate staff of highly qualified specialists capable of monitoring the quality of works performed, the correctness of the construction executive and estimate documentation, the timing and scope of deliveries of construction materials and technological equipment, etc.
